**ElevenLabs & OpenAI**: Text-to-speech generation (chapter text content for audio conversion)

**Mobile Text Alerts**: SMS delivery for password resets (phone number)

Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account:

Your account is deleted immediately and permanently

All your personal data is erased immediately

All your reading history and preferences are deleted

All your purchases and transaction records are deleted

All your ratings, reviews, comments, and replies are deleted

If you are an author, all your works, chapters, universes, and earnings data are deleted

This action is irreversible and cannot be undone

To delete your account:

1. Log in to your account

2. Go to Settings

3. Click "Delete Account"

4. Confirm your decision

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

Data Retention

Active accounts: Data retained while account is active

Deleted accounts: All personal data is erased immediately upon deletion

Uploaded files are stored on Cloudflare R2 and deleted when the associated content is removed

We may retain anonymized data for analytics purposes

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
